Deepak Bansal is the Corporate Vice-President at Microsoft Azure in the US. He is a seasoned executive with experience in building and scaling large scale cloud platforms and SaaS offerings and driving company growth via digital transformation, increasing revenue/usage and improving COGS/efficiency.

As a founding team member of Azure, Deepak has built and scaled key parts of the Azure core platform. He also drove infrastructure and application transformation for large scale services like Bing and Office365. Over the past 20+ years, he has led high performing, self-sufficient and diverse teams.

Deepak received his B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi and MS in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
