Instructions for Camera-Ready Paper Submission for Accepted Papers
We would like to emphasize that all of the following must be ensured latest by December 14th, 2009, in order for your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. No extensions will be given.
1) The recommended format must be used. Please use the Word / LaTeX templates given below.
The sample manuscript for submission:

and ensure that:
- No pictures of the author or biographies appear anywhere in the manuscript
- Page number and volume of publication at the top header should NOT appear in camera ready (as given on Latex template on Linux/Unix)
- The final manustrcipt does not exceed 10 pages for full paper and 2 pages for poster including all figures and references
Also, the following Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) code must be placed on the bottom, left-hand side of the first page of each paper:

IEEE XPlore PDF compliance must be checked at the IEEE PDF Xpress web site, and a proof of this must be provided.
If your file is not Xplore complaint, it will NOT be published and will be removed from the COMSNETS 2010 conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database. To meet these requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF express system before you submit your camera ready paper to the EDAS portal.

- Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at:http://www.pdf-express.org/
- Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: comsnets10x

In order to prove that PDF Check has been passed, you must forward the confirmation mail received from the IEEE PDF eXpress service to ddas [at] iiitb.ac.in
2) The camera ready version must be uploaded via EDAS Web site configured for COMSNETS 2010.
3) IEEE copyright form must be submitted for each accepted paper (Conference, workshops).
You can download an IEEE Copyright Form at the following URL: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html. Fill in the paper information, sign the form, then scan and submit it according to the following instructions.
Signed IEEE Copyright Forms for regular, and short papers (Conference and workshops) must be uploaded through EDAS configured for COMSNETS 2010.
