Instructions for Camera-Ready Poster Submissions

Poster Size
Authors are requested to adhere to any of the following poster sizes:
- One Portrait of A1 size.
- 8 Slides on A4 size paper

We would like to emphasize that the camera ready poster submissions must be submitted via EDAS latest by Sunday, 28 November 2010, 11:59 PM(EDT).
No extensions will be given. The following must be ensured prior to the poster submission.
- The recommended format must be used. Please use the Word / LaTeX templates
given below.
The sample manuscript for submission:

Ensure the following:- No pictures of the author or biographies appear anywhere in the manuscript
- Page number and volume of publication at the top header should NOT appear in camera ready (as given on Latex template on Linux/Unix)
- The final manustrcipt does not exceed 4 pages for posters including all figures and references
Also, an appropriate copyright notice is to appear on the bottom left-hand side of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding:- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the notice is: 978-1-4244-8953-4/11/$26.00 ©2011 Crown
- For all other papers the notice is: 978-1-4244-8953-4/11/$26.00 ©2011 IEEE
The following latex commands can be used to insert the standard IEEE copyright notice in your paper.
Add these before the "\maketitle" command.

If your file is not Xplore complaint, it will NOT be published and will be removed from the COMSNETS 2011 conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database. To meet these requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF express system before you submit your camera ready paper to the EDAS portal.Steps to be followed for IEEE XPLore Compliant PDF generation
- Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at:http://www.pdf-express.org/
- Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: comsnets2011x

- If you pass the IEEE PDF eXpress check, you will receive a PDF file from IEEE PDF eXpress via e-mail. Approved PDF files will be stamped with an approval comment in the document properties by PDF eXpress. Please ensure you upload this *received *PDF file via EDAS Web site configured for COMSNETS 2011
- IEEE copyright form must be submitted for each accepted paper (Conference, workshops).
IEEE copyright form can be submitted online through the EDAS interface configured for COMSNETS 2011. Click on the "+" or "©" sign next to the "Copyright" entry on the page showing the details of your paper. This will take you to the copyright submission page for your paper. From here, you can submit it electronically by clicking on the "Copyright Submission" button (preferred method) or uploading a signed, scanned form. You can download an IEEE Copyright Form at the following URL: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.
- The acceptances will be notified on Saturday, 04 December 2010.
